Support

A little help, when you need it.

Guidance for the planned recording experience. Controls and compatibility will be confirmed against the released app.

Before recording

Choose one source. For iPhone recording, allow camera access when asked. A Ray-Ban connection uses its own connection and camera-access prompts; availability is subject to the authorised Meta service. Enable the microphone only if you want supported audio recording.

During a session

Start recording manually and check the status in the app. Use the save and stop controls deliberately. iOS may pause or stop a session when interrupted or in the background; check the app before continuing.

Clips and exports

Review saved clips and highlights in the library. Use the iOS share or export options to choose a destination. Photos, Files and other destinations may retain a separate copy under their own settings.

If a recording is interrupted

Reopen the app and check the library and any recovery message before starting again. If a clip is missing, avoid deleting app data or reinstalling. Note what the app shows and contact support.
